Administrative/ Receptionist
Our client is seeking an individual ready for a challenge. This person must have experience with customer service and be full of energy.
A wide variety of tasks are involved in this position. This is a growing company so the right fit will be a person who likes the ability to be a part of creating new systems and processes. You will interact with customers; help support the CEO, along with working on some light accounting, payroll, invoicing and business correspondence.
Candidates for this position will possess strong MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and experience with Access is a plus! A strong attention to detail is necessary along with the ability to greet customers on the phone and in person in a professional timely manner.
